The past five months of practicing and praying kindness has been enlightening. I hear the word and my ears and spirit perk-up. Many times I have heard the word whispered in my ear when I have a negative thought. A devotional website I follow highlighted the fruits of the spirit and the entry on Kindness was "right-on".
