Lydia came to Grammy/Grumpy Camp on Sunday. She spent the night and stay most of the day on Monday. Her parents celebrated their sixth wedding anniversary with a dinner out and shopping in Fort Worth.
Lydia loves to eat and she loves to read books so we spent most of our time together doing both those favorite things. I discovered that she knows the correct way to eat a cookie with filling. She takes the cookie apart and eats the filling first, then eats the cookie. She is one smart cookie!
Ashleigh and Lexi are coming to camp tomorrow night. I am sure we will be eating and reading books during their visit too. Ashleigh loves to do crafts so that will be fun.
God is so good! I finally have some little girls who love to read, to do crafts and to twirl. Those stinky boys didn't want to sit around and read and make scrapbook pages - they just wanted to eat and make noises!
